Please note that our venue operates under a set of rules. We kindly ask you to

Age Restriction

Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in our venue. We reserve the right to request a valid identification document (passport, driver's license, or other ID).

Right to Refuse Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who are under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.

Hookah-Free Visits

Conditions for visiting the venue without ordering
a hookah.

Video Surveillance

For security purposes, video surveillance is conducted throughout the venue.

Liability for Property Damage

In the event of property damage, the venue administration reserves the right to seek financial compensation for the damages incurred.

VIP Area

The VIP area is a private space designed for comfortable relaxation for up to 6 guests. The rental fee is 2,000 ₽ per hour. Hookah, food, and drinks are charged
separately. The minimum booking time is 2 hours. Ordering a hookah is optional.

Visiting with Pets

Guests are welcome to visit with small-breed dogs (up to 25 cm at the withers).
Please respect the comfort of other visitors and maintain cleanliness. Responsibility
for the pet remains with its owner.

Hookah Usage Time

To ensure the best smoking experience and tobacco quality, the recommended hookah session lasts 90 minutes from the time it is served. After this period, we will offer you a new hookah.

Ban on Cigarettes and Electronic Smoking Devices

The use of cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, electronic vaporizers, and tobacco heating systems (IQOS, Glo, etc.) is prohibited.

Deposit for Groups

A deposit system applies to groups of 8 or more guests. Please check with the administrator for current details.

Guest Seating

Suitable tables and seating at the bar are assigned by the administrator based on the number of guests to ensure maximum comfort. Reservation of a specific table or seat is not available.

Food and Kitchen Policy

Our kitchen operates according to the venue’s working hours. If you bring food with you, please leave it with the administrator upon arrival. We will return it to you when your visit is over.

Gambling Prohibition

Gambling is prohibited on the premises of HookahPlace WILD.

Hookah Orders and Reservation Terms

The hookah price is valid when ordered together with a reservation. The minimum reservation time is 90 minutes. Timing begins once the hookah is served. Guests may smoke or choose not to smoke. If you are not satisfied with the hookah, you may request a replacement within the first 10 minutes after it is served.
